You would check Venmo / Cash App, then use your admin page to mark the booking Confirmed. Once confirmed, the client receives the full studio address, building entrance guide and parking instructions by email.

Before You Book

Booking Policy

Simple rules to keep appointment times fair for everyone.

Halo Studio booking policy
$15 deposit required.
The deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward your service total.
Pay within 24 hours.
If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of booking, the appointment is canceled and the time slot reopens.
24-hour notice required.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.
Canceling or rescheduling forfeits the deposit. A new $15 deposit is required for a new appointment.
Late cancellations & no-shows.
After 2 late cancellations or no-shows, future appointments will no longer be accepted.
